Cat Feather Toy Is It Safe To Give A Cat A Feather Boa To Play With?

Is it safe to give a cat a feather boa to play with? - cat feather toy

My cat loves the feathers, I know, I had a boa like to play. He wanted to know before buying one, if it is safe to give a cat?

Or know someone from a site that sells toys for cats really good?

Hello there. I live in the UK and my cat have a feather boa on a stick called for a huge pet shop pets at home. So, I've never sold a pet issue of giving an enclosure for cats there. All I want to say is that the cat is loved, but hated the feathers everywhere.

Absolutely - they are my cats favorite toy. And do not restrict, in contrast to a previous poster, its active time - I can hide behind the pillow, hiding behind me, etc.

Our boas attached to long poles. The funny thing is that once the boa has been decimated by a cat (which chew the feathers, but I ate as I know), love the prosecution of crime, harassment and whip a lot! If I had known this would not be bothered to buy more toys! :-)

Edit: For those who worry about swallowing feathers which honestly do not. It could chew them a good, but that's all. Remember, birds stalk and kill them (my two times to eat, unfortunately), but not the feathers, they spit. They are completely safe, and I are alone with a feather boa and even spit on the left. This simply means that it is wet, sticky spring cleaning around the house I, but Nevermind ..... :-)

You probably should not leave them unattended with it (or any other toys that could be taken with food or in part), but in general, the feathers are completely safe for cats and love them.

You can explore a range of pin / snake, which is for cats, but ... Otherwise you can always end up with feathers. I do not think a boa long in the claws of a cat. LOL! You can find them in shops in most pets. My local PetSmart has at least four different types.

Yes, but it allowed the cat to chew - you and the cat should play 10-15 minutes with the boa, then save. It seems that cats better with toys that are not left out all the time to respond.
